

This is what I have with the installed version, Portable version here, MiniTool Portable Partition Magic Brings Easier Disk Management. It is possible to delete a partition and have this tool find and recover it for you. Oh, theres a bit of additional evidence: There is a MiniTool key in HKCUSoftware, with a Partition Wizard subkey and some data in that subkey. The free (and paid) version allow you to alter partitions or entire disks by allowing you to edit properties, label volumes, label partitions, change drive letters, check system files, align, move, delete, recover, join, hide, split, convert, copy and resize entire disks or partitions.

The paid version offers extra functions such as changing cluster sizes, merging and aligning partitions and so forth. The free version does most of what you need at home. MiniTool Partition Wizard has a list of functions on the left of the GUI, the action/control buttons run along the top, and the right panel shows you what you are doing. I seem to recall having found the portable somewhere, but maybe I just installed the program. Allowing you manage and even recover your partitions CCleaner doesn't offer the program in its Uninstall window. In short, it can format, delete, copy, wide, resize and extend partitions in Windows.
